Our Practice

Our practice is passionate about providing our patients with the highest quality of care. We strive to achieve patient centered care by having a staff dedicated to helping our patients reach their goals, building meaningful relationships with both our patients and physicians, provide individualized physical therapy for each patient. We have a team of highly experienced physical therapists specializing in both pediatrics and adult physical therapy.

Our Team
Dolly Janice Molina PT, MPT
Owner of Practical Therapy, LLC
​
Janice is a native El Pasoan who is the owner and founder of Practical Therapy. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso Physical Therapy program where she received her Masters in Physical Therapy. She founded the outpatient clinic in 2019, after 15 years of practice.
​
Her experience in various settings provides her increased knowledge in both adult and pediatric physical therapy rehabilitation.
​
She believes in putting the patient first and ensuring each patient is provided an individualized treatment plan addressing their goals to improve their quality of life.
Lisa Soule-Sariñana PT, DPT
Owner of Practical Therapy, LLC

Lisa is a native El Pasoan and co-owner at Practical Therapy. She received her Bachelor's of Kinesiology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso. She co-founded the outpatient clinic with Janice in 2019.
​
She is passionate about helping others to reach their therapy goals by establishing strong patient relationships and providing patient centered treatment.
​
She believes not only in treating patients, but also in educating them on the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle for a healthy life.
